Pretest: Ask questions “Would you want to learn some exercises which can help you to release stress?” All students showed interests to learn
Participating Learning:
- Show technique how to release stress by pressing 3 fingers onto 3 positions on the face (5 min)
- Tip to a quick cure when you catch a cold: pointing out 2 sensitive spots on the arm. By pressing these two spots or doing a massage with oil on these two spots, the cold will be gone !! Very practical and helpful (2 min)
Summary and Wrap-up: This lesson provides some helpful and practical tip which students can use to maintain physical and mental conditions for studying or working in a long period of time. The second tip is helpful, especially in case of someone get a cold without medicine available
